For Brokers

We fix the plan. You keep the client.

Revival Health is not a brokerage — and has no interest in becoming one. We don't quote, we don't service, and we don't want your book. We fix what's broken inside an employer's healthcare plan, and a proper broker team services that employer going forward. That's the whole model.

How we work

We come in like a surgeon: find what's driving up costs inside the plan, cut it out, and close.

Every troubled employer plan has something malignant in it — misaligned incentives, hidden markups, waste that compounds at every renewal. Our job is the operation: a precise intervention, done once, done right. What we are not is the ongoing care team. Servicing the employer, HR, and employees every day afterward is broker work — and it stays broker work.

What we're not

Not a broker. Not your competition.

We don't sell policies, chase commissions, or take over day-to-day service for the employer, HR, or employees. Your relationship with the client is yours — before, during, and after the work.

How we're paid

Transparently — and never out of your pocket.

Advisory work is paid from a small share of the savings we document. Program installs like Essentials pay us a disclosed, flat per-employee fee through our program partners — never a percentage of anyone's premium, and never taken from your compensation. Every dollar, in writing, before anyone signs.

Where you fit

The service team, before and after.

Once the new plan is properly implemented, a proper broker team services the employer moving forward — enrollment questions, employee support, renewals, the relationship. That's you.

Why brokers bring us in

The brokers who work with us aren't losing clients to Revival Health — they're keeping clients who were about to walk over another brutal renewal.

  • You deliver a documented six- or seven-figure win without writing off your own compensation
  • Your client hears "yes, keep your broker" from us on day one — it's on our homepage
  • You stay the relationship owner while we do the one-time structural work
  • A healthier plan is easier to service and easier to defend at every renewal after

"We were presented with a proposal that outlined the savings for 132 employees. Our company achieved substantial annual savings, exceeding a quarter million dollars in both FICA and workers' compensation."

One broker brought his employer group to the platform John installs after starting on a competitor. His verdict on the employee experience after the switch: "tremendously better."
